Madinaty Golf Club Amateur Open concludes with international success
The Madinaty Golf Club Amateur Open 2025 concluded with resounding success, attracting over 85 professional and amateur golfers from various countries. Issa Abou El Ela secured his second consecutive victory in the men’s division, while Dina Abou El Ela triumphed in the women’s competition.
The tournament, held at the Madinaty Golf Club, was praised for its excellent organisation and the high standard of the course.

He noted that the Madinaty Golf Amateur Open, a collaboration with the Egyptian Golf Federation, is a key part of the Open Club Championships calendar and consistently attracts top-tier golfing talent from Egypt and internationally.
The success of the tournament is further underscored by Madinaty Golf Club’s own impressive achievements. As a member of the Talaat Moustafa Group, the club has been named the Best Golf Course in Egypt for four consecutive years and has also earned the Best Golf Course in Africa award for 2023 and 2024, as recognised by the World Golf Awards.
The club’s consistent success in hosting both national and international tournaments, including events within the Asian Tour series and the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) Tour, has significantly contributed to the growth of sports tourism in Egypt.
