Egypt’s Minister of Health, Khaled Abdel Ghaffar, was sworn in before Egyptian President Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi as the Minister of Health in the new cabinet reshuffle. Abdel Ghaffar previously served as the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
