Option 1 : koshari
Koshari is the national dish in Egypt and is prepared with rice, chickpeas, lentils and other ingredients.
Option 2 : Ful & Falafel
Egyptian Ful is a hearty dish made of broad beans that is common all over Egypt. The broad beans are mashed and served with garlic, onions and lots of parsley.
Falafel are d
eep fried patties made of crushed beans , herbs and spices that are especially popular as a typical Egyptian dish.
Option 3 : Kabab & Kofta
Kabab is thinly sliced or diced beef that is marinated and then grilled. Lamb or veal chops are also popular grilled with bones.
Kofta are strongly spiced, fried, baked or grilled minced meatballs, rolls or patties, mainly made of lamb or beef (also mixed).
Procedure:
